Shipping & Delivery

We try our best to dispatch your orders within 2 business days, and we will email you the parcel tracking number once the courier has been booked. In normal circumstances delivery it will takes 3-4 working days for urban location and additional few days for rural/remote locations.  We are unable to provide exact delivery dates because the delivery time will depend on the shipping address, location and the courier companies work schedule.

Aramex Courier (formerly Fastway Courier) is our primary courier provider. They are unable to deliver parcels to PO Box or Private Bags, a street address is recommended. However, if you prefer your order being sent by NZ Post, please leave us a note at the checkout or email us after you complete the purchase. 

The shipping cost in the checkout is base on contactless delivery and may not require signature.

IF ADDRESS IS UNATTENDED, PARCEL WILL BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE WHERE AVAILABLE. PLEASE KEEP AN CLOSE EYE ON YOUR PARCEL DELIVERY.

  • Please provide a street address 
  • Additional delivery cost will apply for RD rural address, remote locations and Outlying Islands. 
  • Please give clear delivery instructions so parcels could be left in a safe place. 

All International order will ship via NZ Post Air mail (Tracked) or Courier. Shipping costs to countries outside of New Zealand vary greatly depending on the shipping destination and the weight or size of the parcel. Please contact us in advance to find out the accurate shipping cost. 

We do not take responsibility for any duties or taxes that customs may decide to charge on arrival of international orders. Please check your country's rules and regulations on this matter.
