Felting Needles

Felting needles blades and barbs wear down (dulled) naturally over time. It is a better idea to have a couple of spare felting needles in hand. 

Triangle needle  : 32G, 36G, 38G, 40G and 42G

Star needle : 38G

Star + Twisted needles : 38G

Spiral / Twisted needle: 38G & 40G

Reverse needle : 36G

Crown needle: 40G

Important Notice About Your Felting Needles

You may notice a slight oily feel on the felting needles you’ve received. Please don’t worry – this is completely normal and intentional.

To keep the needles in top condition while in storage, we apply a light coating of WD-40. This helps protect them from moisture and prevents rust, especially since we carry large quantities in stock at all times.

If you prefer not to have any oil on your needles, simply wipe them gently with a paper towel or tissue before use – no cleaning products are necessary.
